Ahead of FIFA Visit to Kansas City, Sen. Marshall Speaks on Senate Floor

(Washington, D.C., October 20, 2021) – U.S. Senator Roger Marshall, M.D. spoke on the Senate floor this evening ahead of FIFA’s visit to the Kansas City region tomorrow. As a big supporter of Kansas City being chosen as the host city for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, Senator Marshall said in part,

The FIFA World Cup is the largest and most prestigious single sport event in the world and there is no better place for it to be held than Kansas City.”
