Highlights from Senator Marshall’s remarks include:

“Everybody I talked to in Kansas these last 10 days, their biggest worry, their biggest concerns are about their own safety and security of their own families.”

“As I look at the supplemental package that leader Schumer is throwing at us right now, my top priority, my priorities, one, two, and three are the border, the border and the border.”

“And then, unless there’s meaningful reform that secures our border, we’re a ‘hell no,’ we’re not going to vote for cloture on any type of supplemental legislation, unless it includes border security.”

“So I’m here today to put down a marker to say ‘hell no,’ I won’t go unless there’s border security.”
